I became part of the Thomas Swan team in July 2012, my role as Communications &Marketing Manager involves supporting all aspects of communication and marketing within Thomas Swan.
This includes internal and external communications, project management, PR, marketing, brand development, media relations, customer satisfaction, social media management and website maintenance.

Over my 23 years at Thomas Swan I have seen a rapid growth in the importance of Information Technology and have developed a proven track record for seamless systems integration as new technologies have come online.

I joined Thomas Swan in 2016 as Anionic Polymer Chemist in the R&D department before moving recently into the sales department as Technical Sales Manager. In this role I have the opportunity to work closely with our business partners on a global basis and to challenge myself in securing profitable new business opportunities for the Tyre and Rubber division, taking advantage of my technical background in the polymer field.

With over 20 years’ experience within the chemical field both in a technical and sales environment on a national and international scale, I joined Thomas Swan in July 2016 in the unique position of Business Development Manager for both Advanced Materials and Performance Chemicals.

My role involves securing new business opportunities for the Performance Chemicals and Advanced Materials Divisions, as well as maintaining sales support for existing business.

A challenging role incorporating two diverse business areas but an exciting opportunity to engage with potential clients and develop strategic long term relationships with new customers in new and emerging markets.

Jeff joined the US office as Sales Manager in 2016. He has over 30 years of experience in the specialty chemicals and polymer industries.

Pete joined our US office in October 2019. He brings extensive knowledge and experience in the rubber and additives industries.

Christine joined our US office in 2015 as Office Manager.

Silvia joined our US office in 2016.

I joined Swan Chemical Inc. (SCI) in April 2019, I have over 30 years of experience in the Specialty Chemical industry with extensive knowledge of regulated markets (Biocide and Preservatives). Prior to joining Swan Chemical, I spent 7 years with Lonza Inc, where I headed Lonza’s Hygiene & Preservation business globally.
